Berwyn Early Learning Academy(BELA) is an upcoming academy ready to show our community what we as a school offer. We accept children from 6 weeks old to pre-K into a nurturing, caring environment. We are a literature based and play based environment that allows our students to excel in their developmental skills and social skills. We offer programs to foster the physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs of your young child through play and other hands-on educational experiences. What is BELA?

Established in 1994 as the Berwyn United Methodist Nursery School, Berwyn Early Learning Academy is a private daycare and preschool operated by Berwyn United Methodist Church and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, welcoming children from 6 weeks to 5 years old into small classroom settings that foster individualized attention and growth. We are committed to nurturing young minds in a safe and supportive environment, offering year-round care with convenient hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

What We Do

BELA provides an early childhood learning experience in a nurturing environment. Our school is a safe, positive place where learning is fun. BELA favors the “whole child approach”. We address the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of young children through play and other learning experiences.
